Lifting & Running technique: Stay strong and build up muscle and strength in the KSM weight room PLUS improve upon your running technique, speed and agility. Sign-up for our college summer training program and work with KSM’s elite trainers on lifting and running technique.

Training schedule* below. 

  • Monday:
    • 7am-8am lifting
    • 8am-9am lifting
  • Tuesday:
    • 7am-9am running technique
  • Wednesday:
    • 7am-9am lifting
    • 8am-9am lifting
  • Thursday:
    • 7am-9am running technique
  • Friday:
    • 7am-8am lifting
    • 8am-9am running technique

*Up to 15 people per lifting group.

Additional details:

  • Participants must sign the KSM waiver prior to attending training session. Sign waiver here
  • Must cancel your attendance 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session. Read more about KSM’s cancellation policy here
