KSM’s Team Training is an advanced workout to produce team bonding, work ethic, and athletic confidence.
At KSM, we work to instill qualities of discipline, understanding, and lift breakdowns that will be easy to mimic whether in the gym or at home. A focus on baseline technique and mechanics, each team member will get personal attention to bring understanding to foot placement, knee drive and top end speed.
The program consists of speed, agility, and lifting techniques for power and speed development with training occurring both on the field( pylo’s resisted runs) and in the weight room.
We provide clear weight lifting instruction to reduce the risk of injury and reinforce our athlete’s development, speed, and mental toughness so they can endure the long season and long journey ahead.
In the weight room we breakdown each movement with our 3 L’s:
- Learn it
- Lift it
- Load it
These tough workouts, pre-season, in-season, or post-season, are designed to improve on the season ahead or the one left behind. Either way your team is destine for greatness and a new end result.
