About KSM’s soccer trainer, Brynn Jones:
Brynn is a speed, agility, and strength coach dedicated to improving overall sports performance. She works with athletes of all levels to improve running form, explosive starts, rapid deceleration and multidirectional movements. As a former Division 1 athlete, she know what it takes to play at the highest level. She brings her own personal training experiences which led her to finish her soccer career at The Ohio State University.
She is proficient in Olympic style lifts and movements which build strength, power and explosive force and will translate into increased overall speed and injury prevention.
Brynn works with all athletes looking to improve their overall fitness and those who want to take their sports career to the next level.
She aligns with KSM SPORTS philosophies of explosive energy, competition, great athletes and passion to help athletes and active individuals reach their full potential.
