Train with a KSM trainer and improve on speed, agility, footwork and overall fitness levels. Athletes will work on explosive and agile movements, improve on speed, learn footwork drills and increase their strength with resistance band and bodyweight exercises.
- Individuals who are new to KSM and HAVE NOT attended a speed and agility session
